All WINGS Watches come with a limited 1 year warranty.

What is covered under the Wings Watch warranty?

Our limited 1 year warranty covers only the original end purchaser for 1 year of purchase and it is not transferable. We will strictly require an original or copy of genuine sales receipt (email confirmation/sales copy for online sales) obtained from our online store (wingswatch.co.uk) or authorised retailers.

Wings Watch warrants that the product purchased from our online store (wingswatch.co.uk) or authorised retailers will be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage for a period of 1 year strictly from the date of original purchase.

What is not covered under the Wings Watch Warranty?

  • The life of the battery
  • Normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. scratched crystal)
  • Misuse, abuse of the product, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Unauthorised modification and mishandling
  • Accidental damage, lack of care

How to make a Warranty Claim?

In order to begin a warranty claim, please contact using the form below. We will get back to you within 48 hours with further details to start your warranty claim. Please state the original date of purchase when contacting us, and provide a detailed explanation of the defect along with your Wings Watch serial number and order number if the product was purchased directly from wingswatch.co.uk. If the product was purchased from an authorised reseller, we will require sales receipt, full name and date of purchase.
